HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER THE ITEMS?
The majority of our items are made to order and are of a bespoke nature therefore lead times do vary, we use a variety of couriers services to ensure that your item is delivered in the best possible time. Kai design will advise you of delivery costs at the time of ordering/payment once the delivery address is confirmed and lead time for your item/s are arranged.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BULK BUYING?
Yes we are always happy to give a discount for people who want to bulk buy items, just get in touch and we will let you know what we can do for you.
CAN I COLLECT ITEMS TO SAVE ON POSTAGE?
Kai design are more than happy for you to come and visit us and collect your items to save on delivery charges, in some cases we prefer that you collect the item as they are particularly fragile. Simply let us know and we will arrange for the items to be ready for your arrival. Our dining chairs are made in a warehouse outside of London and therefore cannot be collected from our London studio.

HOW DO YOU WORK OUT THE DELIVER CHARGES?
As each item we sell is completely different we have several different charges for the postage. Dining Chairs [up to 6 chairs]- £50 [to any London address]
The relevant postage fee will be added to your order at the checkout unless it is a specifically large order then we will inform you when ordering.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH IT?
If the item you have bought is a stocked item you can return the item to us within 14 days and we will refund you. You will be refunded the full amount minus a 20% restocking fee. You are held responsible for the postage costs to return it to us. Any item being returned must be in mint condition and in the same packaging as it arrived.

If the item you have bought is a bespoke item [made to order] which you have specifically chosen for example one of Kai design dining chairs we regret that we are unable to refund these items.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS DELAYED OR LOST?
In the event of a parcel being delayed or lost Kai design will communicate with the courier service to gain a refund of your delivery charges but cannot be held solely responsible for any damages/loss or delay in delivery.
